2. Quotes and estimates

Requesting a quote through the Website does not create a binding contract. All estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change once we assess the job on site. Any change in scope, materials, or hidden conditions (such as concealed damage or code issues) may change the final price. We will discuss material changes with you before continuing work.

3. Pricing and fees

Prices listed on the Website, including estimation fees, service charges, hourly labour rates, and flat rates, are standard rates and may change without notice. Prices do not include GST unless stated. Emergency, after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls may carry additional charges, which we will tell you about before dispatching.

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. Larger projects and new construction may require a deposit or progress payments. 7. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Labour is warrantied for [period] from the date of completion. Parts and equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty only. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, freezing, pre-existing conditions, work done by others, or parts supplied by the customer. 8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tuff Plumbing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of use, lost income, or damage caused by pre-existing conditions. Our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.
